    Terms of Service

    These terms apply to services provided by Blossom and Bloom Therapy Services Pty Ltd (ACN 609 919 168), trading as Blossom and Bloom ("we", "us", "our"), to clients and their families ("you"). By booking a session with us, you agree to these terms.

    1. Bookings and cancellations

    Sessions are booked by mutual agreement. We ask for at least 24 hours notice for cancellations. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session, or no-shows, will incur the full session fee. This policy applies to NDIS-funded sessions in line with NDIS Pricing Arrangements.

    2. Service delivery

    We deliver services in homes, schools, daycares, and via telehealth. For in-person sessions, please ensure a safe, quiet space is available. For telehealth, please ensure a stable internet connection and a private space free from interruptions.

    3. NDIS billing and service agreements

    For NDIS clients, a Service Agreement will be completed before therapy begins, outlining services, frequency, fees, and goals. We invoice in line with the current NDIS Price Guide. Travel is charged in line with NDIS rules.

    4. Privacy and confidentiality

    We treat all personal and clinical information confidentially in line with our privacy policy and the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

    5. Limitation of liability

    We provide services with care and in line with the Speech Pathology Australia Code of Ethics. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any loss arising from our services is limited to the cost of the relevant service.

    6. Intellectual property

    Therapy resources, programs, and materials we create remain the intellectual property of Blossom and Bloom Therapy Services Pty Ltd. You may use them with your child for personal, non-commercial purposes.

    7. Complaints

    If you have a concern, please reach out to us first at info@blossomandbloom.com.au. We take feedback seriously and will work with you to resolve issues within 14 days. You may also contact the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission or Speech Pathology Australia at any time.

    8. Changes to these terms

    We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
